How does the delivery process work?
• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
• International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Online se Sasta. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider to receive the product.

How are items packaged?
We package our products in boxes that are covered with a plastic layer. Each product is packaged in bubble wrap, while fragile items, such as bottles, are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

Every order is dispatched within 24 hours. After dispatch:
Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida: Same Day Delivery available (applicable on exclusive same day delivery co products; it takes 1-2 days to deliver)
Metros: 1-3 days to deliver
Rest of India: 3-4 days to deliver

Online Se Sasta ships throughout India; it takes a minimum of 4-5 days to deliver your order
